Daniele e dalle signore Concita e Carmen i quali mi hanno aggiornato costantemente sulle varie fasi di consegna della T-Roc.
 Congratulations to all the staff for their availability, professionalism and courtesy. I was followed from the beginning in the purchase of the new T-Roc, especially in the choice of added accessories, up to the delivery of the car itself. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Concessionaria è gradevole, permette di vedere e provare le vetture con calma. Mi è capitato di visitare altre Concessionarie assolutamente fatiscenti (zona Agnano) ! Non è questo il caso. L'officina è adiacente, ho avuto modo di vistarla e non posso che valutare la struttura la piacevolezza della visita al top. Mi hanno lavato e preparato l'auto per la consegna anche se si era fatto orario pomeridiano vero la chiusura (avevo avuto dei problemi di lavoro che non mi avevano permesso di arrivare prima). La concessionaria è facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada sia da Napoli che da Salerno. Le auto sono top (io poi ho comprato una VW T-Cross di cui sono completamente soddisfatto) e il personale è particolarmente gentile e disponibile. Ho parlato con diversi di loro e non posso che dare un giudizio eccellente sia per la professionalità che per la preparazione e disponibilità a rispondere alle mie domande (devo dire di tutti i generi). Il proprietario è persona seria e eccellente. Una menzione speciale non posso che farla per Annibale (più mitico di quello degli elefanti !!!).
The dealership is pleasant, it allows you to see and test the cars calmly. I happened to visit other absolutely dilapidated dealerships (Agnano area)! That's not the case. The workshop is adjacent, I was able to visit it and I can only evaluate the structure the pleasantness of the visit to the top. They washed me and prepared the car for delivery even though it was afternoon hours before closing time (I had some work problems that had not allowed me to arrive earlier). The dealership is easily accessible from the motorway from both Naples and Salerno. The cars are top-notch (I then bought a VW T-Cross which I am completely satisfied with) and the staff are particularly friendly and helpful. I have talked to several of them and I can only give an excellent judgment both for their professionalism and for their preparation and willingness to answer my questions (I must say of all genres). The owner is serious and excellent person. A special mention can only be made for Hannibal (more mythical than that of elephants !!!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio fatica a dare due stelle, ero tentato per darne una. Non è la prima visita alla concessionaria, ma sicuramente è stata l'ultima. Penso più volte prima di esprimere un giudizio, soprattutto quando negativo, perché penso che dietro ad un'azienda ci sono persone e dietro ancora famiglie da sfamare. Queste stesse persone però, non fanno nulla per poter risollevare la crisi mondiale economica dell' automotive che affligge il nostro pianeta. Quel continuo atteggiamento scostante, freddo, fin troppo serio, poco cordiale e tantomeno collaborativo che hanno gli addetti alle vendite (tranne per il personale all'accettazione). Ho avuto a che fare con altre concessionarie dello stesso gruppo ma dislocate altrove, con risultati più che soddisfacenti.
I find it hard to give two stars, I was tempted to give one. It is not the first visit to the dealership, but it certainly was the last. I think several times before expressing a judgment, especially when negative, because I think that behind a company there are people and behind it there are still families to feed. These same people, however, do nothing to be able to relieve the global economic crisis of the automotive that afflicts our planet. That constant unfriendly, cold, far too serious, unfriendly and even less cooperative attitude that the sales people have (except for the reception staff). I have dealt with other dealerships of the same group but located elsewhere, with more than satisfactory results.

Mi ha seguito passo per passo e anche dopo l'acquisto è sempre disponibile e professionale. Nota di merito anche per Carmen molto gentile e disponibile, la quale mi ha anche aiutato per quanto riguarda la parte di connessione tra auto e telefono. Di sicuro anche l officina e il sign Alfonso non peccheranno in serietà e professionalità. Soddisfatto e consigliato!
Serious and reliable dealer. I was followed in the purchase of my T-Roc by the sign Umberto Savoia, serious, professional and very helpful. He followed me step by step and even after the purchase he is always available and professional. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a questa concessionaria per l'acquisto di una T-Roc e devo dire che è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Sono stato accolto ed accompagnato per tutto il percorso dal sign. Daniele Schettino che mi ha trasmesso fin da subito fiducia e competenza. Si è occupato di tutti gli aspetti compreso anche quelli squisitamente di mia competenza come far si di non pagare inutilmente un altro anno di tassa di circolazione. Mi ha illustrato con estrema cortesia tutte le varie opzioni ed ha rispettato la data di consegna promessa. Alla consegna sono stato accompagnato in un giro di prova dove mi ha illustrato con pazienza e gentilezza tutti i nuovi dispositivi e funzionalità dell'auto. Sento di ringraziare anche la signorina Carmen anch'essa molto gentile e disponibile, che si è occupata di farmi trovare già risolti tutti gli aspetti legati alle varie configurazioni SW con l'auto. Che dire, sono più che soddisfatto della mia esperienza, di sicuro mi rivolgerò sempre a loro. Consigliatissimo.
I approached this dealership to purchase a T-Roc and I must say it was a pleasant surprise. I was welcomed and accompanied all the way by the sign. Daniele Schettino who immediately gave me confidence and competence. He took care of all aspects including those exquisitely within my competence as to avoid paying another year of road tax unnecessarily. He showed me all the various options with extreme courtesy and respected the promised delivery date. Upon delivery, I was taken on a test ride where he patiently and kindly illustrated all the new devices and features of the car to me. I would also like to thank Miss Carmen, also very kind and helpful, who took care to make me find all the aspects related to the various SW configurations with the car already resolved. What can I say, I am more than satisfied with my experience, for sure I will always turn to them. Highly recommended.
