Quel giorno tutto ok ma ieri sono tornata per provarla e non mi hanno permesso di farlo xke dicevano che non avevano auto disponibili xke le avevano vendute tutte: secondo voi è possibile che una concessionaria non abbia macchine?assurdo!!!! Ma poi la mancanza di professionalità....ma come si può pensare che una persona possa comprare una macchina a scatola chiusa?
I went last week to make a quote for the purchase of an i10. That day everything was ok but yesterday I came back to try it and they didn't let me do it xke they said they didn't have cars available xke they had sold them all: do you think it is possible that a dealership has no cars? But then the lack of professionalism .... but how can you think that a person can buy a pig in a poke?

Già mesi fa facendo il tagliando alla mia hyundai i10 gpl ho notato veramente la cortesia dei ragazzi dell'officina, poi mesi dopo mi sono recato per un problema all'auto e lo hanno risolto. Anche oggi mi sono recato, dopo un contatto telefonico e di nuovo mi hanno risolto un'altro problema anche se l'auto è un pó datata con molti km. Ringrazio veramente di cuore Jacopo Zucchi per la sua cortesia e professionalità. Oramai sono diventato loro cliente e tra poco, crisi semiconduttori permettendo acquisterò la nuova auto da loro. Ringrazio anche i ragazzi del reparto vendite molto gentili e disponibili anche loro.
Hello, I recommend Neri car for the professionalism and kindness of the employees, in particular of Mr. Jacopo Zucchi of the assistance service. Already months ago while doing the service on my hyundai i10 lpg I really noticed the courtesy of the guys in the workshop, then months later I went to the car for a problem and they solved it. Even today I went, after a telephone contact and again they solved another problem even if the car is a little dated with many km. I sincerely thank Jacopo Zucchi for his courtesy and professionalism. I have now become their customer and soon, semiconductor crisis permitting, I will buy the new car from them. I also thank the guys in the sales department who are very kind and helpful too.
