★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato nel 2015 un decalcificatore e un distributore dell'acqua, spesa 4.000,00 euro. Annualmente spesi oltre 200,00 euro per semplice pulizia intero impianto da tecnico Culligan.
Ma due mesi fa il distributore - gasificatore smette di funzionare ed il tecnico della Culligan mi risponde che non c'è assistenza e che non ci si può fare niente ?!?
Ho contattato altri centri assistenza elettrodomestici generici, ma del distributore della Culligan me ne sconsigliano l'assistenza anche perché non esistono pezzi di ricambio !?!
Purchased in 2015 a water softener and a water dispenser, cost 4,000.00 euros. Over € 200.00 spent annually for simple cleaning of the entire system by a Culligan technician.
But two months ago the distributor - gasifier stops working and the Culligan technician replies that there is no assistance and that nothing can be done about it?!?
I have contacted other assistance centers for generic household appliances, but they advise me against assistance from the Culligan distributor also because there are no spare parts!?!
