★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un frigogasatore domestico da questa azienda tramite un rivenditore e dopo poco più di un anno si è bloccata, mando in garanzia ad ottobre dell'anno scorso e a tutt'oggi dopo 4 mesi non ho più notizie, a nulla sono valsi i mille solleciti per riavere la macchina, uno acquista un prodotto italiano con garanzia Italia convinto che sia la cosa migliore ma in questo caso anche dalla Cina sarebbero stati molto più veloci... azienda totalmente orientata alle vendite piuttosto che al post vendita... personalmente non acquisterò mai più nulla da voi siete incapaci e negligenti VERGOGNA!!!
I bought a domestic refrigerator from this company through a retailer and after just over a year it got stuck, I send it under warranty in October last year and to this day after 4 months I have no more news, the thousand reminders have been worth nothing to get the machine back, one buys an Italian product with an Italy guarantee convinced that it is the best thing but in this case also from China they would have been much faster ... company totally oriented towards sales rather than after sales ... personally I will not buy never again anything from you are incapable and negligent SHAME !!!
