Dopo vari anni ho avuto un problema con il tasto di accensione del tritarifiuti. Me lo hanno sostituito e tutto è tornato a funzionare quindi direi che anche l'assistenza è valida. Azienda seria. All very well. I got a purifier and a garbage disposal from them. both excellent products. After several years I had a problem with the power button of the garbage disposal. They replaced it for me and everything started working again so I would say that the assistance is also valid. Serious company.

La consegna è gratuita. Durante l'installazione il venditore è stato serio e tempestivo nel dare assistenza post-vendita. La mia esperienza con un problema all'addolcitore acquistato 6 mesi prima è stato risolto in maniera rapida e risolutiva. Ottimo ufficio tecnico anche in assistenza telefonica. Nella nuova sede hanno creato un'esposizione della maggior parte dei prodotti on line con tanto di personale per ogni chiarimento, consiglio chiunque nelle vicinanze di fare un salto, merita! Il macchinario ha cominciato dopo poco a provocare importanti spargimenti d'acqua. Contattata l'assistenza mi sono state prescritte via mail una serie di prove da fare che non hanno portato a nulla. C'è stato un tentativo di convincermi che fosse un problema del mio mobile cucina (modulo assolutamente standard) che provocava condensa (incredibile data la quantità di acqua che usciva). Solo dopo aver mandato una mail piuttosto decisa sono stato invitato a rimandare a mie spese il macchinario in assistenza. Ho provveduto, hanno individuato il presunto difetto e me lo hanno rinviato. Dopo un paio di mesi il problema si è presentato di nuovo. Macchina nuovamente inviata in assistenza a mie spese e restituita (anche la restituzione a mie spese anche se, bontà loro, non mi hanno addebitato nulla per l'intervento), questa volta senza che si riscontrassero difetti. Riattaccata dopo due mesi il problema si è ripresentato. L'assoluta mancanza di assistenza sul territorio e di contatto diretto ha impedito una corretta risoluzione della problematica. Ad onor del vero la persona che mi ha consigliato l'acquisto non ha avuto problemi e si è trovata bene. Probabilmente sfortuna ha voluto che mi toccasse un pezzo difettoso ma la mancaza di risorse sul territorio a cui rivolgersi ha reso impossibile superare la cosa. Hanged up after two months, the problem returned. The absolute lack of assistance in the area and direct contact prevented a correct resolution of the problem. To tell the truth, the person who recommended me the purchase had no problems and was happy with it. Probably bad luck wanted me to touch a defective piece but the lack of resources on the territory to turn to made it impossible to overcome it. SIN
