★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe un ottimo centro se non fosse per qualche medico che sbaglia diagnosi e anche in maniere molto grossolana facendoti pagare esami supplementari che poi si rivelano perfetti. Per quanto mi riguarda parlo di medicina dello sport.
It would be a great center if it weren't for some doctor who misdiagnoses and also in very coarse ways by charging you for additional tests which then turn out to be perfect. As for me, I'm talking about sports medicine.

Sono andata a fare le analisi e sono molto spaventata dagli aghi, l'infermiera è stata talmente brava nel mettermi a mio agio che non ho sentito niente. Sono rimasta davvero molto colpita dalla bravura, dalla professionalità e dalla pulizia del centro. Lo consiglio vivamente
Very competent center, very courteous and polite staff, just what it takes. I went for tests and I'm very scared of needles, the nurse was so good at making me comfortable that I didn't feel anything. I was really impressed by the skill, professionalism and cleanliness of the center. I highly recommend it

Unfortunately as far as I'm concerned, not a positive experience. Another kind of professionalism is expected from a private analytical institute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ questa mattina ho provato a chiamare diverse volte e nn hanno mai risposto al telefono alla fine ci sono andato di persona per prendere un appuntamento, nel solito pomeriggio ho riprovato a chiamare subito a l'orario di riapertura col solito risultato mi toccherà tornarci di persona per disdire

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo questa recensione dopo essermi rivolto più volte al centro e dopo aver scritto una mail al direttore sanitario il 17 Settembre scorso ad oggi ancora senza risposta. Il professionista mi ha eseguito un esame diagnostico durato il tempo necessario di appoggiare la sonda sulla parte, rispondere ad una telefonata durante il test e congedarmi in maniera approssimativa. Non entrando nel merito della qualità diagnostica, non credo che questo sia un atteggiamento professionale.
Oltre allo scarso tatto del medico, trovo alquanto surreale il silenzio della direzione. Cordiali Saluti
PS serviva una recensione negativa per ottenere una solerte risposta scritta dalla direzione.
I write this review after having addressed the center several times and after having written an email to the medical director on 17 September to date still without response. The professional performed a diagnostic exam for me that lasted the time necessary to place the probe on the part, answer a phone call during the test and say goodbye in an approximate manner. Not going into the merits of diagnostic quality, I don't think this is a professional attitude.
In addition to the doctor's lack of tact, I find the silence of the management somewhat surreal. Kind regards
