★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro decisamente male organizzato ancora non riescono a capire che tra un paziente e l’altro devono passare non 10 minuti ma 20 per evitare che abbiano questa mezz’ora di ritardo
Invece infilano gente come se non ci fosse un domani creando disagi ovviamente a noi e non a loro …
Mi auguro migliorino in questo perché il rispetto del tempo è la prima regola di benessere reciproco servizio ad ok e capacità di organizzare le agende
Definitely badly organized center still cannot understand that between one patient and another, not 10 minutes but 20 must pass to avoid them having this half hour delay
Instead they put people in as if there was no tomorrow, obviously creating inconvenience to us and not to them ...
I hope they improve in this because respect for time is the first rule of mutual well-being service to ok and ability to organize agendas

Very kind staff, always available, friendly and reachable by phone or via WhatsApp .. Tampon execution I recently had my 5 year old daughter do it and she hardly noticed it thanks to Luca's delicacy

Tampone dolorosissimo nasale, nonostante una deviazione del setto nasale evidentissima.
Richiesta di tampone orale ignorata e assai scortesemente declinata.
Non ho veduto camice o altro indumento idoneo.
Nessun cappello o cuffia per i capelli.
Brutali e scortesi.
Sconsigliato vivamente.

Painful nasal swab, despite a very evident deviation of the nasal septum.
Request for oral swab ignored and very rudely declined.
I have not seen shirts or other suitable clothing.
No hat or hair cap.
