Il personale al bancone è da mettere ai lavori forzati,non son persone da mettere al pubblico...se siete nervosetti fatevi aiutare dal vostro compagno, evidentemente vi trascura....specialmente il tizio con gli occhiali un po' pelato! Per quanto riguarda me, i miei familiari e amici,staremo alla larga da questo posto! Bravi continuate così ? Impressive ... it seems to go down to a cellar, it smells like mold and work in progress! The staff at the counter is to be put to forced labor, they are not people to be put to the public ... if you are nervous, get help from your partner, obviously he neglects you .... especially the guy with the glasses a little bald! M	Mariagrazia Eroglu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ oggi,mi reco al centro in questione, per chiedere gentilmente spiegazioni su 2referti contrastanti l'uno dall'altro ma per la stessa problematica ,uno fatto 2anni fa,l'altro questo stesso mese. l'operatore,senza neanche sapere di che problema si trattasse mi ha risposto nel seguente modo :"in 2 anni si può perdere anche un piede, comunque controlliamo". a mio avviso non è certo un modo giusto,e professionale di approcciare al cliente (plus pagante) . today, I go to the center in question, to kindly ask for explanations on 2 conflicting references from each other but for the same problem, one done 2 years ago, the other this same month. without even knowing what the problem was, the operator replied in the following way: "in 2 years you can even lose a foot, however we check". in my opinion it is certainly not a fair and professional way to approach the customer (paying plus).
