★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur vivendo ormai da anni a Milano, ogni qualvolta torno su Livorno ed ho necessità di fare dei controlli mi rivolgo a questo storico centro dove professionalità, cordialità e disponibilità non mancano. Ottimo il listino prezzi, che in confronto ad altre realtà locali, nel tempo è rimasto accessibile ed onesto. Lo consiglio !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla eko ho effettuato una colonna in toto e ho speso 65 euro da altre parti il prezzo piu basso 80 o 90 euro bravi e onesti e oltretutto competenti Sono andata alla eko e ho fatto un ecografia all addome ci sono stata 40 minuti il dottore bravissimo perche mi spiegava tutto da altre parti 10 minuti silenzio assoluto e arrivederci bravo il dottore ma anche loro che hanno dottori in gambissima

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi spostano 2 volte l'appuntamento per una risonanza magnetica: alla terza dopo avermi fatto aspettare 40 min mi fanno spogliare, entrare nel macchinario, e non funziona.. incredibile; in più' uffici e sale d'attesa datate, palazzo maleodorante e macchinari con almeno 20 anni sulle spalle: MAI PIU'!
they move me twice the appointment for an MRI: at the third time after making me wait 40 min they make me undress, get into the machine, and it doesn't work .. incredible; plus dated offices and waiting rooms, a stinking building and machinery with at least 20 years on its back: NEVER AGAIN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera a tutti sono cliente e amico della famiglia che gestisce in modo perfetto la struttura. Non sono d'accordo con il Sig. Andrea in quanto ho avuto occasione negli anni di usufruire dei servizi offerti dallo Studio Eko e non ho mai avuto problemi Forse il Sig. Andrea avrà avuto una giornata "sfortunata". Può capitare. Torni nella struttura e sono certo che ci si troverà bene. Cosi facendo recensirà la struttura in modo certamente migliore. Io, che vengo da un infarto di pochi mesi fa, ho docuto prenotare un esame a Siena perchè qui a Livorno non era possibile prima di cinque/sei mesi... Allo Studio Eko difficilmente si attendono questi tempi... Anzi direi mai... Può però capitare che ci siano dei disguidi o dei malfunzionamenti delle macchine ma ciò è normale. Le auguro Sig. Andrea una buona serata così come a tutti coloro che hanno avuto la pazienza di leggere questa mia lunga recensione. Carlo.

Perhaps Mr. Andrea will have had an "unlucky" day. It can happen. Go back to the facility and I am sure you will be happy with it. In doing so he will review the structure in a certainly better way. I, who come from a heart attack a few months ago, have had to book an exam in Siena because here in Livorno it was not possible before five / six months ... At Studio Eko these times are hardly expected ... Indeed I would say never. .. However, it may happen that there are some problems or malfunctions of the machines but this is normal. I wish you Mr. Andrea a good evening as well as to all those who have had the patience to read my long review. Carlo.

E stanze veramente decadenti. Ho dovuto rifrla in un'altra struttura perché praticamente non si vedeva quasi niente. Non ci tornerò mai piu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso un appuntamento telefonico venerdì per un’ecografia temporomandibolare sx e collo, ho ripetuto al telefono più volte, che dovevo fare un’ecografia perché so che non tutti i centri fanno quel tipo di esame. Mi hanno dato l’appuntamento per oggi, lunedì. Oggi mi sono recata al Centro e non me l’hanno fatta perché la persona che ha preso l’appuntamento ha segnato una radiografia. Ho dovuto far vedere la richiesta fatta dal mio medico perché per loro avevo detto/capito che dovevo fare una radiografia. Io quando ho preso l’appuntamento ho letto pari pari quello che c’era scritto sulla richiesta, non mi invento le analisi da fare, non sono per niente competente in materia. Quando hanno letto la richiesta, mi hanno semplicemente detto che purtroppo la persona che mi ha dato l’appuntamento aveva sbagliato. Non hanno neanche provato a risolvere il problema, da loro commesso. Io non ho fatto l’eco, ho ancora il mio problema per di più doloroso (il mio problema doloroso, non scompariva per magia se facevo l’eco, ma sicuramente oggi stesso potevo iniziare una terapia farmacologica specifica) e ho dovuto prendere anche permesso a lavoro per fare l’esame. Sfortunata????? Non lo so!

They gave me an appointment for today, Monday. Today I went to the Center and they didn't do it because the person who made the appointment marked an X-ray. I had to show the request made by my doctor because I had told / understood for them that I had to do an X-ray. When I made the appointment, I read exactly what was written on the request, I do not invent the analyzes to do, I am not at all competent in the matter. When they read the request, they simply told me that unfortunately the person who gave me the appointment was wrong. They have not even tried to solve the problem, which they committed. I did not do the echo, I still have my problem which is more painful (my painful problem did not disappear by magic if I did the echo, but certainly today I could start a specific drug therapy) and I also had to take permission at work to take the exam. Unlucky????? I do not know!
