★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionali e preparati senza ombra di dubbio, però organizzazione pari a zero. Non vengono rispettati gli appuntamenti, chi prima arriva prima viene servito... peccato veramente. Sarebbe perfetto se dovessero migliorare quest'aspetto accanto perché fuori dal centro abitato quindi molta possibilità di parcheggio

It would be perfect if they had to improve this aspect next door because it is outside the town and therefore a lot of parking possibilities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è questa che è di venerdì vado a farmi le analisi e dico che lunedì ciò un’operazione. non mi prendano una fiala di sangue ma ben 3!!! e lunedì sanno dirmi che hanno rotto la mia fiala ma quale delle tre scusa e le analisi quelle altre non ci sono mi dicono che mi hanno chiamato la domenica e non è vero cose da pazzi.
My experience is that it is on Friday that I go to have my analyzes and I say that on Monday this is an operation. do not take me a vial of blood but 3 !!! and on Monday they know how to tell me that they broke my vial but which of the three excuses and the analyzes those others are not there tell me that they called me on Sunday and it is not true crazy things.

Non dico che il servizio si eccelso, MA siamo in emergenza e DICO a voi di facili sentenze: avete provato a prenotare con l'Asl? E' IMPOSSIBILE!! Almeno c'è una accettazione nel privato, ci vuole un po' per farsi rispondere, quando si arriva all'appuntamento in orario c'è un po' di fila , ma ho fatto il tampone e la risposta è arrivata dopo 2 ore circa! In questa emergenza dovrebbe valere l'UNIONE, la SOLIDARIETA', il SENSO SOCIALE (un po' come quando la nazionale vince i mondiali) anzichè un triste e misero SI SALVI CHI PUO' E M'IMPORTA NA SEGA DI TUTTO IL RESTO!!!

At least there is an acceptance in the private, it takes a while to get an answer, when you arrive at the appointment on time there is a bit of a queue, but I swabbed and the answer came after about 2 hours! In this emergency, UNION, SOLIDARITY, SOCIAL SENSE (a bit like when the national team wins the world cup) should be valid instead of a sad and miserable SAVE WHO CAN AND I CARE ABOUT THE REST !! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho effettuato la prenotazione di esami ematici insieme a dei colleghi, inutile presentarsi all'orario previsto, tanto si fà la coda all'italiana (ammassati come ai bei tempi pre-covid). spesi 400€ per esami genici che sarebbero dovuti arrivare dopo 10 gg... ovviamente non sono arrivati ed è impossibile richiedere informazioni tramite telefono... risponde sempre e solo la voce registrata.

I made the reservation of blood tests with some colleagues, it is useless to show up at the scheduled time, so much does the Italian queue (piled up like in the good pre-covid days). spent € 400 for gene tests that should have arrived after 10 days ... obviously they did not arrive and it is impossible to request information by phone ... always and only the recorded voice answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale e segreteria molto gentili. Anche il medico del laboratorio. Purtroppo i risultati che forniscono sono invece del tutto inutili. Infatti l'antibiogramma indicava antibiotici o fuori commercio o introvabili perché di uso solo ospedaliero. I più comuni come penicillina e ampicillina non vengono testati dal macchinario che fa tutto in automatico. Qualcuno forse dovrebbe aggiornargli i programmi? In conclusione ho dovuto contattare due medici di cui un infettivologo per trovare un antibiotico idoneo e in commercio.
Very kind staff and secretary. The lab doctor too. Unfortunately, the results they provide are completely useless. In fact, the antibiogram indicated antibiotics either out of the market or unavailable because of hospital use only. The most common ones such as penicillin and ampicillin are not tested by the machine that does everything automatically. Maybe someone should update his programs? In conclusion, I had to contact two doctors including an infectious disease specialist to find a suitable antibiotic on the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono affidata a loro per fare diversi tamponi visto che con la regione era impossibile. Sono sempre stati gentili, efficaci e celeri nel rispondere per email. Unica pecca: il telefono. Da qualsiasi telefono chiamassi, dopo aver selezionato l'interno desiderato cadeva sempre la linea... ho provato a selezionare diversi interni e tutti facevano la stessa cosa. Spero risolviate il problema perché è impossibile in questo modo contattarvi via telefono. ?

Have been there 2 and both of the times I had to wait more than one hour besides the scheduled appointment.
The first time the nursery showed up 30 minutes after my appointment that was the first.
Besides the rest of the world it is also insane that the prices are not available on the website.
