★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dottor Michele Fruzzetti professionalità, disponibilità, umanità tanto di cappello, oggi non è così scontato pensare agli altri invece di fare i propri interessi, sono rimasta da come sono stata seguita per mio figlio non era dovuto niente e invece ad oggi esistono sempre persone che fanno il loro lavoro per devozione!! Tanti complimenti davvero!!!
 Doctor Michele Fruzzetti professionalism, availability, humanity, hats off, today it is not so obvious to think of others instead of doing one's own interests, I was left with how I was followed for my son nothing was due and instead today there are always people who do their work out of devotion !! Many compliments indeed !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai.piu e mai poi avevo.prenotato.un ecografia ma sono arrivata e risultava un RX devo dare atto al personale che è stato molto cortese e disponibile e ha risolto il.problema alla fine ho fatto ecografia ma 82, euro per nemmeno 5 minuto di ecografia molto troppo sbrigativo nessuna soddisfazione 82euro buttate vergognoso
Never.more and never then I had.booked.a ultrasound but I arrived and it turned out to be an RX I have to acknowledge the staff who were very courteous and helpful and solved the.problem in the end I did an ultrasound but 82, euro for not even 5 minutes ultrasound scan much too hasty no satisfaction 82euro throw away shameful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato da Medical Group per una ecografia il giorno stesso che ho chiamato e già dalla telefonata ho incontrato personale disponibile e cordiale. La struttura è nuova con una bellissima sala di attesa, la dottoressa Ilaria Petrucci che ha eseguito l'ecografia si è dimostrata professionale, cordiale, paziente con il paziente :D e soprattutto dotata di quel tocco di umanità, empatia e, perché no, simpatia che ogni medico dovrebbe avere in un rapporto medico paziente. Una super nota di merito alla dottoressa e alla struttura Medical Group!
I went to Medical Group for an ultrasound the same day I called and already from the phone call I met helpful and friendly staff. The structure is new with a beautiful waiting room, Dr. Ilaria Petrucci who performed the ultrasound proved to be professional, friendly, patient with the patient: D and above all with that touch of humanity, empathy and, why not, sympathy that every doctor should have in a patient doctor report. A super note of merit to the doctor and to the Medical Group structure!

Unico appunto, dopo un esame se il referto non è pronto alla data ed orario stabilito qualcuno dovrebbe avvertire i pazienti ( Clienti) evitando inutili viaggi a vuoto!
State-of-the-art structure, parking, pleasant staff.
Only note, after an examination if the report is not ready on the date and time established someone should warn patients (customers) avoiding unnecessary empty trips!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tecnici sono competenti ma le due signorine all'accettazione assolutamente no, svogliate maleducate e parlano scortesemente dei clienti tra loro sbuffando e facendo delle facce poco gradevoli mentre parlano al telefono.
Sinceramente questo atteggiamento visto da noi che siamo in attesa per un'esame non è assolutamente un buon biglietto da visita.
La cortesia e la disponibilità prima di tutto essendo soprattutto un presidio medico.
The technicians are competent but the two young ladies at the check-in absolutely not, rude listless and talk rudely about customers snorting and making unpleasant faces while talking on the phone.
Honestly, this attitude seen by us who are waiting for an exam is absolutely not a good business card.
Courtesy and availability first of all being above all a medical facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata pochi giorni fa presso questa nuova struttura medica, molto bella ma sopratutto ho trovato uno staff cordiale ed efficente dai medici all 'accoglienza, ho fatto un eco e la dottoressa Ilaria Petrucci è non solo un bravissimo medico ma è dotata di grandissima umanità e dolcezza verso il paziente, avendo cura di metterlo a proprio agio e coinvolgendolo durante l'esame diagnostico, spiegandogli man mano quello che fa e che vede, insomma non facendolo stare col fiato sospeso, come accade spesso. Per me è stata , come struttura medica , una bella scoperta e sento di poterla consigliare a tutti.
I went a few days ago to this new medical facility, very beautiful but above all I found a friendly and efficient staff from the doctors at the reception, I made an echo and Dr. Ilaria Petrucci is not only a very good doctor but is gifted with great humanity and gentleness towards the patient, taking care to put him at ease and involving him during the diagnostic examination, explaining to him as he does what he does and what he sees, in short, by not letting him stay in suspense, as often happens. For me, as a medical facility, it was a beautiful discovery and I feel I can recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho dovuto disdire una risonanza magnetica ad alto campo poiché claustrofobia. Al momento in cui ho comunicato che non mi sarei sottoposta all'esame mi sono sentita rispondere con forzata cortesia e con atteggiamento scocciato. Penso che la comprensione verso il paziente sia fondamentale specialmente in ambito medico. Il poco rispetto è indice di maleducazione.
Unfortunately I had to cancel a high-field MRI scan because I was claustrophobic. When I announced that I would not be subjected to the exam, I was answered with forced courtesy and with an annoyed attitude. I think that understanding towards the patient is essential especially in the medical field. Lack of respect is a sign of rudeness.
