★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo avuto un'avaria al mio motore Volvo penta ,dovuta alla rottura dello scambiatore con conseguente danneggiamento della testata, ho contattato il centro Teknomec ed ho trovato delle persone professionali che hanno risolto ahimè con ritardo il mio problema con competenza profumatamente pagata (ben 56 euro l'ora). Il pezzo di ricambio l'avevo ordinato con spedizione prenotata per il giorno successivo e pagata per l'urgenza, perché in procinto di partire per una vacanza di 4 giorni. Il pezzo e' arrivato ben 6 giorni dopo. Ho presenziato durante le operazioni di montaggio della testata (7,5 ore) effettuata dai tecnici della Teknomec, molto esperti e competenti. Quando sono andato per pagare mi avevano addebitato 11 ore. Mi sono quindi trovato a discutere per fargli riconoscere le ore effettivamente lavorate..... tenuto conto che ogni ora veniva quantificata 56 euro, se non me no fossi accorto gli avrei regalato circa 200 euro !
Non parliamo del fatto che ovviamente la mia vacanza e' saltata e nonostante le mie contestazioni per il ritardo la Teknomec ha fatto orecchie da mercante e non mi ha voluta riconoscere alcunché.
Having had a failure on my Volvo penta engine, due to the breaker of the exchanger with consequent damage to the cylinder head, I contacted the Teknomec center and I found professional people who unfortunately delayed my problem with skillfully paid expertise (well 56 euros time). I had ordered the spare part with shipping booked for the next day and paid for the urgency, because about to leave for a 4-day holiday. The piece arrived 6 days later. I was present during the assembly operations of the head (7.5 hours) carried out by the technicians of Teknomec, very experienced and competent. When I went to pay I was charged 11 hours. So I found myself arguing to make him recognize the hours actually worked ..... considering that every hour was quantified 56 euros, if I hadn't noticed I would have given him about 200 euros!
We do not speak of the fact that obviously my holiday is skipped and despite my disputes over the delay, Teknomec has made a deaf ear and has not wanted to recognize me at all.
