Ho inviato una mail per chiedere la disponibilità di un articolo e dopo aver ricevuto risposta positiva ed aver chiesto a stretto giro di mail le modalità di pagamento per l'invio dell'importo, non mi è più stato risposto. Quindi chiamo per telefono e mi si spiega di riscrivere un altra mail alla quale non mi è stato risposto.
Poiché ero veramente interessato al tipo di articolo che loro avevano, mando un amico fisicamente per acquistarlo, ma gli vien detto che al momento non era disponibile e di ritornare il giorno dopo.
Il giorno dopo in orario di lavoro (16,30) il mio amico trova chiuso il negozio.
Ci ritorna la settimana successiva e gli viene data come risposta dalla persona presente in negozio che l'articolo non c'era e gli viene consegnato un biglietto da visita per verificare se l'articolo è disponibile in data non precisata.
Non si lavora così. Ética ZERO.
Negative experience. I sent an email asking for the availability of an item and having received positive response and have asked by return mail the payment arrangements for sending the amount, it is not been answered. So I call by phone and I am told to rewrite another email to which I was not answered.
Since I was really interested in the kind of article they had, I send a friend physically to buy it, but he is told that he was not available at the moment and to come back the next day.
The next day during working hours (16.30) my friend finds the shop closed.
He returned the following week and is given as the answer by the person in the shop that the article was not there and he was handed a business card to check if the item is available in unspecified date.
You don't work that way. ZERO ethics.
