β β β β β LADRO! Solo questo posso aggiungere in un posto squallido come questo ristorante. Sono andato a festeggiare il compleanno con mio padre, insieme a tutta la famiglia. AldilΓ del fatto che abbiamo aspettato per piΓΉ di un ora le portate, e da un pranzo iniziato all'una Γ¨ finito alle 17.00, il padrone del ristorante si Γ¨ permesso anche di truffarci inserendo portate che non avevamo mai chiesto, per la bellezza di 100 EURO in piΓΉ rispetto a quello che dovevamo pagare.

Beyond the fact that we waited for more than an hour for the courses, and from a lunch that started at one and ended at 17.00, the owner of the restaurant also allowed himself to scam us by inserting courses that we had never asked for, for the beauty of 100 EURO more than what we had to pay.

β β β β β Si mangia davvero molto bene, specialitΓ siciliane come le arancine, le panelle primi di pesce con finitura di pistacchi i cannoli le cassate etc. Davvero eccezionale anche il servizio simpatici ed efficienti. Lo consiglio davvero se amate la cucina siciliana.
You eat very well, Sicilian specialties such as arancine, first fish panelle with pistachio finish, cannoli, cassata etc. The friendly and efficient service is also truly exceptional. I really recommend it if you love Sicilian cuisine.

Arrogant restaurant chef and no service from waiters.
When you receive bill and ask questions to it, as they have charged you more than the menu card has informed, you are just being told that the UK menu version had been changed according to the IT version and that you have been served something else than what you have ordered ???
Can see that other guest have tried the same.
So perhaps a normal routine in this restaurant?

We went to Pino because of the good reviews and left disappointed and a bit angry.
The food was good, even tho a bit pricey. The service was embarrassing. They didn't even make an effort, we had to remind them of your order or wish to pay many times. In the end they charged us a Grappa we never received. Not even a bit effort was made, eh. Asked if everything was okay, or getting the bill after we asked for it at least two times. Etc etc. Sorry Pino. We won't come back.
