★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima del tagliando ho richiesto un preventivo e questa concessionaria è risultata la più conveniente (e quindi onesta) della Toscana.
Ho prenotato l'appuntamento per fare tagliando e revisione ministeriale e durante l'attesa mi hanno offerto gratuitamente una mountain-bike per andare a fare un giro nei dintorni, molto apprezzata.
Non posso dare 5 stelle perché avevo chiesto che mi facessero l'inversione delle ruote ma non è stata fatta.
Inoltre non mi è stato fatto l'aggiornamento del sofware.
Non ho neanche trovato il talloncino adesivo che di solito viene messo nel vano motore o accanto allo sportello con Data e Km del tagliando.
Diciamo nulla di grave, però per dare 5 stelle deve essere tutto perfetto.
Before the service I requested a quote and this dealership was found to be the cheapest (and therefore honest) in Tuscany.
I booked an appointment to have a service and ministerial overhaul and while I was waiting they offered me a free mountain bike to go for a ride in the surrounding area, much appreciated.
I can't give 5 stars because I asked for the wheels to be reversed but it was not done.
Also, I was not upgraded to the software.
I have not even found the adhesive tag that is usually placed in the engine compartment or next to the door with the date and km of the coupon.
Let's say nothing serious, but to give 5 stars everything must be perfect.
