Ma si interessano subito a noi e contattano Ivan, il meccanico, che però ha già un lavoro in corso. Stanno per chiudere tutte le officine. È sabato. Sono le 12:30. E noi meditiamo di chiamare qualcun altro. Perché rischiamo, se non troviamo una soluzione, di doverci fermare tutto il weekend. Ma insistono. Abbiate pazienza. Ivan è in gamba. Dopo poco, ci dicono di raggiungere Ivan, in officina, poco lontano. Appena arriviamo, dal solo rumore dell’auto, Ivan intuisce il problema. Verifica aprendo il motore e conferma la diagnosi. Fin qui niente di strano. La straordinarietà sta nel fatto che il suo orario di lavoro terminava alle 13 ma ha lavorato fino alle 16. La straordinarietà sta nel fatto che non aveva pezzi di ricambio ma si è inventato una soluzione per farci ripartire. Tutto questo facendosi pagare molto meno di quanto meritava. Dimenticavo. Un suo collega, Massimo,sempre fuori dall’orario di lavoro, è passato per controllare che il problema fosse risolto. Autentici angeli custodi Highway. The car, Jeep Wrangler, has a problem. Competente, professionale, gentile e molto disponibile nella spiegazione tecnica dell’infotainent della vettura. Si vede che è appassionato al proprio lavoro. Consiglio vivamente questa officina! Unico appunto è la mancanza di un’insegna che darebbe maggior visibilità all’officina. I took my Hiunday Santa Fe to have it serviced, the mechanic Ivan was fantastic. Ivan, il Meccanico, persona molto cortese e preparata nonostante la giovane età, umanamente e professionalmente impeccabile. All'Accettazione, la sig.ra Dora, gentile e paziente con il cliente, sempre professionale e pronta a fornire utili informazioni e/o risposte. Consiglio certamente quest'Officina. Ma con la promessa di due pneumatici nuovi e la frase rassicurante;però signora stia tranquilla con queste gomme ci cammini ancora serenamente per tanti km cmq noi le abbiamo ordinate.leri gomma a terra e che dire meno male oggi mi smontano la gomma per ripararla e ...... Sorpresa la gamma come si evince dalla foto ha il ferro di fuori. Torno al concessionario e adesso le ordino aspetta ancora qualche giorno (dopo due mesi di sollecito). Finisce con le gomme le cambio io perché co ste gomme ce mandi in giro la figlia figlia del venditore e la figlia del titolare. Ora se erano seri io le cambiavo e loro le rimborsavano non sono seri mi chiedono ancora di aspettare. Se mi ammazzavo con queste gomme ? Risposta: io non ti posso fare nulla! Si può consegnare una macchina con queste gomme? Si può rispondere aspetta mo te le ordino dopo averle viste ? Certo aspetto che mi scoppi una gomma e finisco contro un palo. Il titolare il più serio di tutti mi fa dire dal venditore mi puoi fare scrivere dall avvocato non risolvi nulla io posso dire che le hai ridotte tu così ???con due mesi. Il venditore ancora più simpatico se te sei comprata un catorcio a 6000 euro che voi da me. Per vendermela però mi avevi detto che era un gioiello. Ignarra motors mai più!
