Voglio aggiungere che, in data successiva, mi sono recato nuovamente in questo punto 3 Store per fare altri due contratti anche se distante da casa. Mi hanno fidelizzato.

Ti informano male, prendono in giro su clausole e oneri contrattuali pur di spingerti a sottoscrivere contratti, rendendolo pure semplice! Poi ti trovi addebiti strani sul conto e quando torni in negozio ti dicono pure che non è vero quello che ti avevano spiegato. In poche parole la prossima volta è meglio registrare le loro stupidaggini.
Il responsabile del negozio, in particolare, è il più maleducato e scortese fra tutti.
Le rispondo che il suo è il commento tipico di un furbacchione che non mette in chiaro le cose come stanno realmente. Alla prima chiamata che le ho fatto mi ha risposto con tono scortese che solo se mi recavo di presenza al negozio avrei potuto ricevere informazioni. Ho dovuto richiamare e spiegare che purtroppo di questi tempi (mi riferisco al covid) non è semplice per la gente fare 20 km soltanto per verificare la propria identità. Inoltre la illumino che un mesetto fa avevo telefonato per avere informazioni sul mio contratto e la sua collega o dipendente dopo avere chiesto codice fiscale e data di nascita "senza problemi" mi ha fornito le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno. Capisco la confusione che avete in negozio, capisco la sua politica diversa dai suoi colleghi ma una cliente non si invita telefonicamente ad inviare una foto su WhatsApp e la si lascia sbattere per più di mezz'ora non "venti minuti di attesa".
