★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglia di lavorare e disponibilità zero, la signora ad ogni mia richiesta mi demandava al 119 pur di non fare nulla. Speriamo che la TIM prenda seri provvedimenti dopo la mia segnalazione. ????
Presso altri centri Tim ho avuto un ottima esperienza e grande disponibilità per cui ritengo che la scelta del personale debba essere fatta con più scrupolo.
Desire to work and zero availability, the lady at my every request sent me to 119 just to do nothing. We hope that TIM takes serious action after my report. ????
At other Tim centers I had an excellent experience and great availability so I believe that the choice of staff must be made with more care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ..Maria Grazia..che dire? intelligente, professionale e davvero competente, ma anche molto gentile e simpatica!!Ha mostrato uno spiccato senso di appartenenza all'azienda per cui lavora e quindi mi rivedrà presto per gli altri 3 prodotti di cui mi ha già parlato dopo qualche semplice domanda!!.
.. Maria Grazia .. what to say? intelligent, professional and really competent, but also very kind and nice !! She showed a strong sense of belonging to the company she works for and therefore will see me again soon for the other 3 products she has already told me about after a few simple questions !! .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo urgenza di attivare una SIM Tim che avevo ordinato dal sito ufficiale.
Non potendola attivare con la procedura guidata indicata nel plico, mi sono recato nel centro Tim in questione, come indicato anche nelle voce guida telefonica.
Alla mia richiesta l’operatore al banco riferisce che avrei dovuto sostenere un altro costo per l’attivazione, cosa smentita da un operatore del servizio clienti 119.
Questo evento mi desta parecchia preoccupazione sulla legittimità di quanto accaduto.
I urgently needed to activate a Tim SIM that I had ordered from the official website.
Not being able to activate it with the guided procedure indicated in the package, I went to the Tim center in question, as also indicated in the telephone guide.
At my request, the counter operator reports that I would have to incur another cost for activation, which was denied by a customer service operator 119.
This event gives me a lot of concern about the legitimacy of what happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. The lady doesn't offer any help because she was preferring to chat with her mobile phone rather than talk to the customers.I waited for her ( chat session ) about 15 minutes.Thsn so decided to leave the premises!
Following my bad experience , I can only discourage anybody to come here.

The sales assistant kept on chatting anytime on her mobile phone rather than talk to customers/prospective customers waiting for her. I WAITED MORE THAN 20 MINUTES THEN I DECIDED TO SKIP THIS SHOP.
DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.?
