★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complimenti al ragazzo che martedì ha servito una persona di 81 anni con maleducazione. Risposta poco educata. L'anziano doveva fare un cambio scheda e si è permesso di dire che le figlie le avevano detto che poteva cambiare o modificare la scheda. Lui con un bel becco gli ha risposto che allora poteva farselo fare dalle figlie........ Direi che prima di stare dietro un bancone ed avere a che fare con i clienti dovrebbe imparare l'educazione e fare un bel corso!!! In genere le persone anziane vanno trattate con rispetto e se di tecnologia non sono molto ferrate bisogna magari aver più pazienza.....
