★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I negozi TIM sono più o meno tutti uguali, la differenza la fa il personale. Qui alla coop mi hanno sempre trattato bene, con competenza e professionalità, consigliandomi quando ne ho avuto bisogno.
Inoltre un po' di brio e simpatia non guasta mai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto portare il cellulare al negozio per un determinato problema. Fortunatamente è stato risolto. Purtroppo non sono riuscito personalmente a portare il telefono e l'ho consegnato a un mio familiare per portarlo al negozio.
Al mio ritorno vedo che i gestori del negozio sono entrati sul mio browser e si sono auto-recensiti (il cellulare era privo di blocco perché serviva averlo in questo modo da risolvere il problema)
Vergogna, sono questi gesti che ti fanno capire il livello di competenza di certa gente, e chissa che altro avete fatto col il mio cellulare.
Se ne avessi la possibilità vi darei 0 stelle.
