Che dire servizio veloce ed affidabile.
Helpful and competent staff, quick assistance in providing explanations to the problem. I went to their repair center about a hardware problem with my computer. I left my device in the late morning and got a full response in the early afternoon.
What about fast and reliable service.

La professionalità va ricompensata, i costi dei prodotti sono coerenti con questo concetto. Disponibilità a spiegare, assistenza,...tutto al di sopra rispetto altre catene tecnologia più grandi giunte in città da pochi anni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'azienda che mi presta assistenza per un software aziendale ha riscontrato un problema ad uno dei miei PC invitandomi quindi a sostituirlo rapidamente per poter proseguire l'utilizzo di questo importante programma.
Non è mancato da parte loro anche l'invio del preventivo per la fornitura di un Nuovo PC adeguato e necessario ai nuovi aggiornamenti del software.
Per loro, dopo ore di verifiche online, non c'era altra soluzione.
Ho visto in internet delle proposte commerciali nettamente più convenienti di quella prospettata dal softwerista ma fortunatamente ho deciso di interpellare prima MAURO del centro Elettrocasa Nord Vobis di Trento che da anni ci assiste nella fornitura degli Hardware, PC e Stampanti.
Ero consapevole che forse avrei speso un pochino di più rispetto ad un acquisto online ma qui avrei potuto. godere di una loro consulenza, spesso impagabile.
Mi hanno fatto quindi anche loro le varie offerte per la fornitura di un nuovo PC appropriato ed io ho accettato perché i prezzi erano comunque vantaggiosi anche rispetto a quelli online.
Fin qui... tutto bello e comodo, ma la cosa sorprendente è accaduta dopo quando, quasi ad ordine inoltrato, i tecnici Vobis si sono offerti di fare una verifica al vecchio PC.
Nel controllo si accorgono di un problema all'harddisk, per loro risolvibile con una rapida ed economica riparazione. In poche ore quindi ci riconsegnano il nostro vecchio PC riparato e nettamente più veloce di prima. Hanno quindi rinunciato alla vendita di un PC nuovo ma hanno conquistato la mia stima e la mia fiducia. È proprio vero che online non potremo mai trovare la competenza e l'onestà dimostrata da Elettrocasa Nord di Trento. Grazie Mauro.

They did not fail to send an estimate for the supply of a new PC that is adequate and necessary for new software updates.
For them, after hours of online checks, there was no other solution.
I have seen on the internet commercial offers that are much cheaper than the one proposed by the software engineer but fortunately I decided to first contact MAURO of the Elettrocasa Nord Vobis center in Trento who has been assisting us in the supply of hardware, PCs and printers for years.
I was aware that maybe I would have spent a little more than an online purchase but here I could have. enjoy their advice, often priceless.
They also made me the various offers for the supply of a new appropriate PC and I accepted because the prices were still advantageous even compared to those online.
So far ... all nice and comfortable, but the surprising thing happened later when, almost with the order placed, the Vobis technicians offered to check the old PC.
During the check they notice a harddisk problem, which they can solve with a quick and cheap repair. In a few hours then we return our old PC repaired and much faster than before. So they gave up on selling a new PC but they won my respect and trust. It is really true that online we will never be able to find the competence and honesty demonstrated by Elettrocasa Nord di Trento. Thanks Mauro.
