Ma non tornerò più per via degli eventi negativi accaduti sotto i miei occhi.
La responsabile, la ragazza piccoletta con la coda, di una maleducazione assoluta.
Il tipo con l'accento pugliese, brizzolato, penso il capo area, arrogante e maleducato con le dipendenti del negozio. L'ho visto inveire contro il personale, urlando come un matto. Ho visto il terrore delle commesse. Non si lavora così e soprattutto non in questo clima di terrore. Non tornerò mai più,,. Da rivedere questa gerarchia perché ci sono problemi di fondo.

The guy with the Apulian accent, grizzled, I think the area manager, arrogant and rude to the employees of the store. I saw him yelling at the staff, screaming like crazy. I saw the terror of orders. We do not work like this and above all not in this climate of terror. I will never go back ,,. This hierarchy needs to be reviewed because there are underlying problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio luminoso, pulito, personale gentile e molto disponibile, trovi molti prodotti per la cura del corpo e per la pulizia della casa di varie marche ma non da sottovalutare quelli di marca tedesca, buoni e ad ottimi prezzi! ☺️
Bright, clean shop, friendly and very helpful staff, you will find many products for body care and cleaning of the house of various brands but not to underestimate those of German brand, good and at great prices! ☺️

Ma un negozio dovrebbe esser formato da dipendenti, responsabili o capi area capaci di formare il personale. Requisiti che mancano in questo punto vendita.
Disorganizzazione, maleducazione e incapacità nel servire la clientela sotto ogni punto di vista.

Sono andata ieri a fare scorta di pappe per mio figlio e mentre leggevo i vari gusti mi ritrovo prodotti che sarebbero scaduti a breve. (come quello in foto... 31 Marzo 2022..)
Una ragazza in cassa molto maleducata con una mascherina che copriva a malapena la bocca e in più sembrava farmi un piacere mentre passava le cose in cassa.
Unico punto a favore prodotti ottimi e 1 sola ragazza su 4 persone in turno ad essere stata gentile e cortese nella scelta di un prodotto spiegandomi le differenze.
.. I can only say ATTENTION to when you buy ... It seems that checking the DEADLINES is a plus ?
I went yesterday to stock up on baby food for my son and while I was reading the various flavors I find products that would soon expire. (like the one in the picture ... 31 March 2022 ..)
A very rude checkout girl with a mask that barely covered her mouth plus she seemed to do me a favor as she passed things in the cashier.
The only point in favor of excellent products and only 1 girl out of 4 people in turn to have been kind and courteous in choosing a product, explaining the differences.
