Arrivato ben imballato e protetto, nessun graffio nessun problema, funzionante. Il pacco pesava ben 40 chili, davvero molto soddisfatto. Lo consiglio ad occhi chiusi, poi sono molto disponibili nelle comunicazioni. Sempre aggiornato.
 I purchased through online, flawless and easy to use service. After acceptance of the loan, the package was shipped the next day. Arrived well packaged and protected, no scratches, no problems, in working order. The package weighed a good 40 kilos, really very satisfied. I recommend it with your eyes closed, then they are very helpful in communications. Always updated.

I made a decidedly challenging purchase at the Trento Nord store starting from an idea that is no longer viable. I was given precious advice and effectively followed in my choice and purchase. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza super positiva sotto tutti gli aspetti. Prima di procedere all'acquisto ho chiamato per accertarmi dell'effettiva disponibilità della lavatrice Bosch e sui tempi di consegna. L'addetto ha contattato il loro magazzino in tempo reale e poi ha anche risposto a tutte le domande con cortesia e professionalità. Ho effettuato l'ordine il venerdì tardo pomeriggio, il martedì successivo ore 8:00 la lavatrice era già arrivata alla filiale BRT di Padova Est e risultava in consegna nella stessa giornata. Poi non so perchè il corriere ha riprogrammato la consegna al giorno successivo, quindi il mercoledì alle ore 12:00 mi è stata consegnata. Imballo su pallet e in perfette condizioni. Prezzo tra i più bassi tra gli store on-line e risparmio di 120€ rispetto al miglior negozio fisico della zona in cui abito.

Super positive experience in all respects. Before proceeding with the purchase, I called to make sure of the actual availability of the Bosch washing machine and delivery times. The clerk contacted their warehouse in real time and then also answered all questions with courtesy and professionalism. I placed the order on Friday late afternoon, the following Tuesday at 8:00 the washing machine had already arrived at the BRT branch in Padova Est and was delivered on the same day. Then I don't know why the courier rescheduled the delivery to the next day, so on Wednesday at 12:00 it was delivered to me. Packed on pallets and in perfect condition. Price among the lowest among the online stores and savings of 120 € compared to the best physical store in the area where I live.
