Pensano le persone siano a casa a loro disposizione, quando è un servizio pagato che dovrebbe essere a disposizione delle persone. Prima di parlare con un' operatrice ho provato a dettare un numero seriale in mio possesso ad un robot che arrivavi alla fine della dettatura e ti sentivi dire non ho capito. Dopo vari tentativi mi sono stancata ricontattato la sede ed ho fatto il numero come se dovessi prenotare un ritiro. La ragazza al telefono è stata gentilissima e tramite il numero di spedizione me lo ha rintracciato dicendomi che sarebbe arrivato il giorno dopo e così è stato. Grazie alla signorina del centralino che mi ha risolto il problema in neanche 5 minuti I contacted the Trento office to get updates on a package that I couldn't track. Chiamo in sede per esporre il problema e un responsabile operatore si comporta ancor peggio del corriere. Servizio e gentilezza pessimi. Horrible service. Spedizioni nazionali: altissima incidenza di false giacenze (che oltretutto vengono anche ADDEBITATE) e spedizioni arrivate con contenuto danneggiato nonostante l'imballo a regola d'arte. Addirittura in un occasione il pacco è stato letteralmente trafitto da un corpo contundente. Spedizioni internazionali: DPD, il partner per l'Europa crea altrettanti problemi e smarrisce le spedizioni. Poco conta che al telefono siano gentili. Intanto chi ci rimette è pantalone.
