Un servizio a dir poco imbarazzante e vergognoso.
3 settimane (e dico 3 settimane) per NON riceve un pacco da Roma?
Ma che corriere espresso siete? un piccione viaggiatore ci impiegherebbe meno.
Inoltrati vari reclami e solleciti all'assistenza clienti (che risponde dall'Albania) senza alcun successo: il pacco risulta ancora in giacenza.
Nessun corriere si è mai recato presso l'indirizzo di consegna.
Sconsigliato in maniera più totale, in un mondo in cui le altre compagnie spedizioniere riescono in pochi giorni a recapitare un pacco.
Nexive, che vergogna.

An embarrassing and shameful service to say the least.
3 weeks (and I mean 3 weeks) to NOT receive a package from Rome?
But what express courier are you? a carrier pigeon would take less.
Various complaints and reminders have been forwarded to customer service (which responds from Albania) without any success: the package is still in stock.
No courier has ever gone to the delivery address.
Not recommended in a more total way, in a world where other shipping companies are able to deliver a package in a few days.
Nexive, what a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sto aspettando un pacco che doveva essere consegnato al 20 di luglio, dicevano che fosse in giacenza per indirizzo incompleto,strano che gli altri corrieri consegnano nei tempi prestabiliti e questi non conoscono Trento,dopo avergli scritto più volte ancora sto aspettando,davvero pessimi!
I'm waiting for a package that had to be delivered on July 20th, they said it was in stock due to an incomplete address, strange that the other couriers deliver on time and they don't know Trento, after having written to them several times I'm still waiting, really bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo qualche giorno di attesa ho deciso di andare personalmente a ritirare il mio pacco presso la sede di Trento. Molto complicata da trovare, all'ingresso non ci sono insegne che indicano "Nexive" (come si può vedere dalla foto).
After a few days of waiting, I decided to personally go and collect my package at the Trento office. Very complicated to find, at the entrance there are no signs indicating "Nexive" (as you can see from the photo).
