Nonostante l'imballo, nonostante la scritta fragile, nonostante tutte le precauzioni del caso, sono riusciti a recapitarlo sconquassato, con parti frantumate. Miracolosamente il PC funziona. L'unica cosa che con la massima cattiveria posso augurare a questa massa di incompetenti è di chiudere i battenti! Di vederli in piazza a reclamare il loro posto di lavoro che evidentemente non meritano!! FARABUTTI autorizzati e purtroppo impuniti. Non spedite i vostri oggetti con questi incompetenti, a meno di utilizzare un involucro di ferro!! MaiconTNT!!! Calling them dishonest is paying them a compliment, they managed to completely destroy a PC case. I corrieri sono falsi e inaffidabili, dichiarano l'assenza del mittente quando io sono stato in casa tutto il giorno e sulla porta ho lasciato anche un numero di cellulare per emergenze/imprevisti. Il servizio clienti è inesistente, lasciano suonare il telefono a vuoto e poi attaccano. L'unica volta che hanno risposto mi hanno detto che il corriere sarebbe passato più tardi, cosa poi non avvenuta. TNT offre più un disservizio che un servizio, VERGOGNOSI, l'hotline centrale per l'assistenza è a pagamento e inutile, il risponditore automatico non capisce le risposte e fa durare le chiamate all'infinito. Tutto ciò pur avendo pagato in anticipo 34€ per la spedizione di un piccolo pacchetto. I wish I could give 0 stars. The couriers are false and unreliable, they declare the absence of the sender when I have been at home all day and I have also left a mobile number on the door for emergencies / unexpected events. Customer service is non-existent, they let the phone ring and then hang up. The only time they answered they told me that the courier would come later, which did not happen. TNT offers more of a disservice than a service, SHAME, the central hotline for assistance is paid and useless, the answering machine does not understand the answers and makes the calls last indefinitely. All this despite having paid 34 € in advance for the shipping of a small package.

L' operatrice che ha risposto al telefono si è prodigata per fare in modo che la consegna avvenisse nel più breve tempo possibile. Grazie I sent an urgent package to my daughter who is studying in Trento and I was afraid it would not arrive on time. Ma io ero a casa e nessuno ha suonato. Ho cercato di contattare subito il cell da cui mi è arrivato il mess ma nessuno ha risposto. È un indecenza e nessuno dovrebbe più affidare consegne a gente simile. They sent me a message (therefore aware of my mobile number) saying delivery not made due to the absence of the recipient. But I was at home and nobody rang. I tried to immediately contact the cell from which the message arrived but no one replied. It is indecent and no one should ever entrust such people with deliveries.

They picked it up and signed for it but the next day they delivered the packed back at my home without giving any reason whatsoever. I wrote them on their website and tried to call them but there was no response for days. I had to ask my Italian friend to accompany me to their warehouse where they told us they didn't know where the package was going even though it was on multiple documents. Never using them again.

The worst service I have ever seen, and parcel services are generally bad...
