★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime we get a parcel sent through gls it'd anyways a pain, rude drivers, late delivery's, and some parcels damaged.
The worst gls I have dealt with in all the countries I lived in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the absolute worst delivery company in the country, if not the world. They don't alert you before they come to deliver your package, and they don't notify you by phone when they get to your home. I've seen the lazy, good-for-nothing drivers, act like it's too much trouble to look for a name under a bell before they ring real fast and drive away!

Edit: Well, might have been just bad luck... The next time the delivery guy was able to both find the correct address and call me by phone, so I got the package ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't come on the day decided on. Next day they apparently "tried" to deliver it in the short time I wasn't home. I booked delivery for next morning and never received confirmation. Called and they told me the package was at that point "damaged"?? Told me to contact the seller even though it was obviously their fault at that point. Terrible service. Will avoid them like the plague next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've just swapped my work shift for staying at home the day I was expecting the package. I've even made everything possible to give every single detail triple checking it, from my phone number to the full address, street, number, apartment number, town, postal code and region, even made sure there's my name down on the interphone. What do you think? Those little pygmies came up with "wrong address" status. Rather than that pass again, let us meet each other and I'll prove you the address is perfectly correct. It's not the first time when it happens. Always with GLS.
