Hanno subito capito la situazione e sono intervenuti ritirando i sacchetti dall'Hotel ed inviandomeli a Milano in packaging termico. Servizio cortese ed impeccabile e problema risolto a un prezzo onestissimo. Spero non cambino mai. Ancora un grazie. Very efficient in solving a problem concerning two thermal bags containing dairy products that I had forgotten in a Hotel in Trento. They immediately understood the situation and intervened by withdrawing the bags from the Hotel and sending them to Milan in thermal packaging. Friendly and impeccable service and problem solved at an honest price. I hope they never change. Thanks again.

PER ME QUESTO È MENEFREGHISMO.......E POCA CONSIDERAZIONE E RISPETTO PER IL CLIENTE.
