★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non andate. Dopo aver speso 35 euro per passare a Tim sono riuscita a fare il passaggio dopo due mesi. Mi avevano promesso di pagare 10 euro al mese in realtà ne pagavo 30. Dopo aver telefonato tantissime volte al 119 sono riuscita da sola a riparare la situazione. In questo centro non mi hanno aiutato purtroppo.

 Don't go. After spending 35 euros to switch to Tim I managed to make the switch after two months. I was promised to pay 10 euros a month in reality I paid 30. After phoning many times to 119 I managed to fix the situation by myself. Unfortunately, they didn't help me in this center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa attenzione per i clienti. Non rispondono mai al telefono. Si fanno mandare mail ma non rispondono e quando vai di persona dicono di non averla ricevuta. Ci hanno fatto un contratto da 24,90 + TimExpert per passare a fibra e ci siamo ritrovati a pagare 38,90 anziché 31,90. A nostra richiesta fatta in negozio hanno negato. Sconsigliato!
Poor attention to customers. They never answer the phone. You send emails but they do not answer and when you go in person they say they have not received it. They made a contract from 24.90 + TimExpert to switch to fiber and we found ourselves paying 38.90 instead of 31.90. At our request made in the shop they denied. Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente scandaloso. Centro TIM di riferimento per la sostituzione dei telefoni aziendali con polizza all risk. Non risponde al telefono, MAIIIIII. Mi sono recata di persona più volte senza riuscire a risolvere il problema!!!! Indisponente, maleducato e menefreghista!. Vergognoso che non lo si possa contattare telefonicamente per sapere se il telefono in sostituzione è arrivato. Al 191 risulta consegnato al negozio da una settimana..... e lui pretende che si vada di persona più volte per ritirare il dovuto perchè alzare a cornetta per rispondere è troppo faticoso. In momenti di crisi come questi si fa di tutto per agevolare il cliente.... poi lamentiamoci se i negozi chiudono. A volte la colpa non è della crisi ma della svogliatezza, scortesia e menefreghismo di chi gestisce

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confusione da parte degli esercenti e poca conoscenza nel fare le tariffe nuove o comunque le nuove offerte. Vi faranno fare mille giri per tornare, perché non sanno usare le nuove vie di attivazione delle offerte. A noi hanno detto prima un prezzo per poi aumentarlo la volta dopo, non sanno specificare bene i dettagli per sapere poi davvero che si paga. Secondo me ci vorrebbe un aggiornamento generale delle tecniche di attivazione che gli esercenti dimostrano di non sapere. Personalmente non ve lo consiglio. Al massimo solo x le offerte ordinarie. Parlo della mia esperienza personale, quindi per voi potrebbe essere più positiva.
