Disservizio totale.
Linea completamente inaffidabile e con continui problemi.
Ho fatto più di 80 chiamate in due anni e ho ricevuto l’indifferenza più totale. Continuano a dire che i problemi che abbiamo sono dovuti a lavori.. credo proprio non siano in grado di offrire un servizio decente.
Soldi buttati via.
Ho chiesto più volte di disdire il contratto e la loro risposta è stata che dobbiamo pagare una penale.
Farò loro una denuncia per disservizio se non mi permetteranno di andarmene.
Non perdete soldi come abbiamo fatto noi.
CONTINUANO POI A DIRE CHE NON SONO PERVENUTE MIE SEGNALAZIONI ALLA SEGRETERIA.

Line completely unreliable and with continuous problems.
I have made more than 80 calls in two years and received the most total indifference. They continue to say that the problems we have are due to work .. I really think they are not able to offer a decent service.
Money thrown away.
I asked several times to cancel the contract and their answer was that we have to pay a penalty.
I will make them a complaint for disservice if they will not allow me to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super contenta di aver fatto l'installazione nel cap 38030. Mi aspettavo una velocità molto inferiore ed ero un po' preoccupata visto che ne ho bisogno per lavorare in remoto. Avevo letto problemi di velocità in zona Val di Fiemme durante il periodo festivo ma non ha influito per nulla. Ho sempre navigato a massima velocità con tutti i programmi di lavoro aperti contemporaneamente. Sono rimasta stupita che vada più veloce della fibra in città. Assistenza commerciale ottima e amministrazione molto cordiale. Ogni contatto con loro è stato velocissimo e preciso. Lo consiglieri senz'altro. Grazie mille!
Super happy to have done the installation in cap 38030. I expected a much slower speed and I was a little worried since I need it to work remotely. I had read speed problems in the Val di Fiemme area during the holiday season but it didn't affect me at all. I have always surfed at full speed with all the work programs open at the same time. I was amazed that it goes faster than fiber in the city. Excellent commercial assistance and very friendly administration. Every contact with them was very fast and precise. Definitely recommend it. Thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato Tecnodata per una connessione internet presso la mia abitazione. Dopo 3 settimane, differenti chiamate e mail inviate per ricevere un'offerta, nessuna risposta pervenuta. Se per fare un'offerta hanno necessità di tutto questo tempo non oso immaginare per risolvere un problema.
I contacted Tecnodata for an internet connection at my home. After 3 weeks, several calls and emails sent to receive an offer, no response received. If they need all this time to make an offer, I dare not imagine solving a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Connessione a 50 mega che in zona val di fiemme non appena arrivano un po' di turisti diventa a 10 se va bene, spesso a 5. Da anni segnalo lo stesso problema e da anni non riescono a risolvere. Senza l'affluenza di turisti la connessione è abbastanza stabile. Se nella vostra zona avete alternative evitate.
