One of the few stores where they can handle people speaking in English.
Staff is polite and really helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really tried to buy a SIM card + 1 month's service here, but after 45 minutes of "just another minute," I finally gave up and walked out. Mind you, there was nobody in the queue in front of me - just me. But the staff was simply incapable of completing the transaction. My advice: either try a different TIM store or another service provider.

The guy with glasses, the guy has muscular and blonde haired lady work well.
If asked other stuff to re-charge, lost all.
(the shop says; you have to call Service center.
SC says; we didn't recieve.
shop; cannot nothing to do without repayment)
I often heard similar troubles in wating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there to activate your TIM tourist offer. They don't know it and try to charge you 20 Euros extra. Also they don't speak a word of English and tread you quite rude when you try to speak Italian to them.
Other TIM shops will activate the TIM tourist SIM for you no problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into this TIM retail store today to activate my TIM tourist plan. I had already paid 30euros for this on the TIM website (20euros for plan and 10euros for SIM). The guy at this store insisted that I had to pay another 20euros for a SIM, and wouldn’t listen when I showed him my passcode voucher. Stay away from them. It’s a scam! And very unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small store but wide selection of chargers and cables, including the slightly esoteric 45W USB-C one I needed. I expected to get overcharged for this specialty item if I was able to find it anywhere at all, but the price at Tim was fair and it is even a good quality brand. Staff was helpful and tolerated my horribly lacking Italian with patience and grace.
