★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuta ieri 8/09/2020 con una mia amica alle ore 19.24, dunque mancavano ancora 6 minuti alla chiusura infatti dentro il negozio c’era ancora gente. Abbiamo chiesto alle commesse del piano di sotto se potevamo dare un occhiata al piano di sopra e molto gentilmente ci hanno risposto che potevamo andare facendo però una cosa veloce perché stavano per chiudere, e va bene. Andiamo al piano di sopra e la commessa che era lì non ci rivolge neanche un saluto e si affretta subito a dirci che dopo due minuti avrebbe chiuso. Sparisce dietro i camerini e rispunta dopo 30 secondi sbattendoci fuori con un’arroganza e una maleducazione allucinante. Ci ha fatto proprio capire che gli stavamo sulle palle (scusate i termini ma è stata palpabile la cosa) con testuali parole “oh ragazze siamo chiuse” gesticolando anche con le mani. Peccato perché stavamo anche per acquistare e avrebbe potuto fare gli ultimi soldi della giornata. Penso che la cordialità e l’educazione dovrebbe essere presente come base comportamentale a prescindere dal fatto che sei in chiusura e comunque non avevamo sforato l’orario. Non ci tornerò mai più neanche per sbaglio.
I came yesterday 8/09/2020 with a friend of mine at 19.24, so there were still 6 minutes to go before closing, in fact there were still people inside the shop. We asked the shop assistants downstairs if we could take a look upstairs and very kindly they replied that we could go quickly though because they were about to close, and that's okay. We go upstairs and the saleswoman who was there doesn't even say hello to us and is quick to tell us that after two minutes she would close. He disappears behind the dressing rooms and reappears after 30 seconds, throwing us out with an arrogance and a hallucinating rudeness. He made us understand that we were on the balls (sorry for the terms but it was palpable) with the words "oh girls we are closed" also gesturing with his hands. Too bad because we were also about to buy and could have made the last money of the day. I think that friendliness and education should be present as a behavioral basis regardless of the fact that you are closing in and in any case we had not exceeded the timetable. I will never go back even by mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei miei negozi preferiti di via indipendenza. Ha dei bellissimi capi soprattutto di maglieria che durano una vita nonostante i lavaggi in lavatrice. Peccato che a volte i prezzi non sia proprio alla portata di tutti. Solitamente aspetto i saldi e mi scateno. Merita una visita.
One of my favorite via independence stores. He has some very nice knitwear items that last a lifetime despite washing in the washing machine. Too bad that sometimes the prices are not really for everyone. I usually wait for the sales and let me go. Worth a visit.
