Fast and effective service. The girls in the shop are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In my opinion, it is one of the most efficient Tim shops in Catania.

Consiglio vivamente questo negozio, sia per la centralità della sua posizione sia per il personale disponibile ed efficiente. Top!
Despite the string of people who needed assistance, once my turn came I was greeted with cordiality and speed by Betty who showed me all the possible options for a change of landline. I highly recommend this shop, both for the centrality of its location and for the helpful and efficient staff. Top!

We went in to purchase a travel Sim and it took nearly an hour while the woman helping us kept talking with another guy just standing there the whole time. She had to re-do the paperwork a few times since she was more focused on talking to the "other" guy. She then added a car charger which we didn't need and said it was included, but cost e10 on the receipt.
