Complimenti, la linea non funziona ma la si deve usare per segnalare un problema...non fa un piega! In alternativa può chiamare con un cell wind, viene suggerito...ma noi abbiamo un altro operatore!!! Allora può acquistare una nostra sim per chiamare la Wind e risolvere il problema....Un genio!!!!!! Grazie!!!! È pure assente la professionalità nella persona di un singolare e disorientato signor "Francesco". Sgarbato in diverse occasioni. Ultima volta che mi appresto ad entrare in un negozio per niente civilizzato ed elegante nei modi . Deludente la tempistica delle varie operazioni che si dovrebbero svolgere con una certa fruibilità e correttezza. Negativo in totum Evening, I would say that the windtre shop deserved polite staff. Mio marito questa sera viene appena contattato da una signorina del punto vendita che gli segnala un aumento di tariffa.. perche si!cosi!senza spiegazioni e gli propina una tariffa maggiorata!al mio rifiuto di cambiare mi risponde..lassamu pi com'è?‍♀️?‍♀️ incuriosita chiamo il servizio clienti..beh non esiste nessun aumento. Tirando le somme una stella mi serviva per potervi raccontare la storiella di questa sera.. Ma invito caldamente la windtre o il manager dello store di prestare più attenzione al personale che viene assunto perche a contatto con il pubblico la figura è proprio misera!
