Non solo ci sono stati problemi con due articoli che avevo ordinato. Il personale di Pimkie di via Etnea non c'entra niente, ma un minimo di gentilezza, di comprensione e di professionalità verso il cliente non fanno male visto i problemi iniziali riscontrati. Risultato: avrei potuto decidere di fare un semplice cambio oltre che comprare altre cose, ma la commessa non mi ha assolutamente fatto venire voglia di acquistare quindi ho chiesto il rimborso!
