Prezzi abbordabili. Tramite me in poco tempo o coinvolte altre 3amiche??? The orders are of a unique kindness always available the excellent quality every time I go there ... B	Bela Claus x on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio bellissimo a parte la signora che gestisce il negozio che è davvero maleducata, al contrario dell'altro signore che è sempre gentile e disponibile. Oggi mentre davo un occhiata, c'era un'altra signora nel negozio e riguardo un arazzo ha chiesto alla proprietaria se la stoffa si poteva tagliare (voleva sapere se il materiale tagliandosi si rovinava, ecc..) e la gentilezza fatta in persona risponde "Si, a casa sua se lo può tagliare". La cliente non ha reagito in alcun modo, ma per quanto mi riguarda, se lo avesse detto a me dubito mi avrebbe rivisto li dentro. Beautiful shop apart from the lady who runs the shop who is really rude, as opposed to the other gentleman who is always nice and helpful. Today while I was taking a look, there was another lady in the shop and regarding a tapestry she asked the owner if the fabric could be cut (she wanted to know if the material was damaged by cutting itself, etc.) and the kindness done in person replies "Yes, at home he can cut it." The client hasn't reacted in any way, but as far as I'm concerned, if she had told me I doubt she would have seen me in there again.

Non appena entri vieni avvolto da un’atmosfera mistica e piacevole: musica, incensi, oggetti etnici di ogni tipo! Ci è voluta un’ora per scoprire (quasi) tutto quello che il negozio offre. Ho fatto dei regali veramente unici! La confezione natalizia (che la signora ha gentilmente realizzato) trasmette subito la particolarità del regalo. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci ha consigliato molto bene. Che dire, 5 stelle sono poche! Alla prossima! Never seen an ethnic shop so well stocked but above all well cared for. As soon as you enter, you are enveloped in a mystical and pleasant atmosphere: music, incense, ethnic objects of all kinds! It took an hour to find out (almost) everything the shop offers. I have made some really unique gifts! The Christmas package (which the lady has kindly made) immediately conveys the particularity of the gift. The owner was very kind and recommended us very well. That is, 5 stars are few! See you next time!

Veramente una delusione ! E non tornerò più in questo negozio. I bought a ring for € 20, under the illusion that it was of excellent quality, as the owner told me, after a week the purchased ring oxidized, turning green inside. Really a disappointment! And I will never go back to this shop.

Una persona maleducata con dei modi di fare del tutto non gentili sia con i clienti quando chiedevano chiarimenti, sia con i dipendenti trattati in modo umiliante nonostante ci fosse gente in negozio. Continuando così perderà clientela! Nice shop, shame about the owner! A rude person with completely unkind ways of doing both with customers when asking for clarification, and with employees treated in a humiliating way despite there being people in the shop. By continuing like this you will lose customers!

Mi ha accolto la signora con i rasta e mi ha definito "non normale" in maniera scortese perché non capivo dove fosse il prezzo di alcuni anelli. Non ci tornerò mai più! The shop is certainly cute and quaint. The lady with the rastas welcomed me and called me "not normal" in a rude way because I did not understand where the price of some rings was. I will never go back!

I went there to buy a present for a friend who loves the spiritual & ethnic stuff, but I wanted to buy all of them just for me, spent almost 2 hours in there. All the products were very clean for a collecting shop and organized well by sorts and by colors. And jewels and clothes were pretty too? The owner(lady) was also so kind and generous, she decorated the bag as a beautiful Christmas present. This place cannot be better than any other shops to be mind-blown and shop everything :")
