 The R-Store is a great store specializing in Apple brand devices. Very nice and helpful staff! In particular, I was helped by Anna whom I thank for providing me with very useful advice on purchases. I also took advantage of the assistance service for my Air Pods: everything was fine!

Ancora, atteggiamento diffidente riguardo a documenti ufficiali presentati per l’acquisto di dispositivi. In Apple Store acquisto completato in pochi minuti, con il sorriso. Esperienza da non ripetere.

I was even allowed to pick up my device in another R-store, so I could continue traveling through Sicily. You can trust this store and its people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was working in Catania for some months. Macbook Pro broke down, and I took it to this R-Store for repair. They said it had a "Motherboard failure", a 639 euro repair. I took the Macbook Pro home without the repair. Went back to home country. Went to my local Apple Store. They put it in a charger, it turns back on, and is now working perfectly fine. ???????? Clearly they (R-Store) didn't check my Macbook Pro, and just gave me the most expensive repair option. Scam
