Dopo sollecito telefono subito riparato ma accantonato da parte senza avvisarmi con sms (come detto da loro). Fortunatamente ho deciso di non aspettare il loro avviso e mi sono recato io il quinto giorno altrimenti penso ch che sarebbe passata anche la settimana. Considerando che ho pagato 73€ mi aspetto che il servizio era buono. Cmq telefono perfettamente funzionante, questo da riconoscere 5 days to replace the touch display, but only because on the 4th day I went to solicit. Preventivo arrivato dopo 8gg invece che 2 come mi avevano assicurato, per una riparazione da 60 euro ci hanno messo più di 3 settimane e nel frattempo i miei solleciti erano presi con scortesia e arroganza. Mi dicevano di averlo mandato alla sede di Palermo, che hanno aspettato settimane che Lg fornisse la sostituzione e che poi dalla sede bisogna aspettare di avere un certo numero di riparazioni per rimandare indietro la spedizione (ma quanto può costare una spedizione di un cellulare??!). Insomma, evitate davvero! Bad! Per quanto riguarda la tempistica dell'intervento, devo dire che non potevo trovare di meglio in quanto il mio smartphone mi stato riparato in circa mezz'ora. Pertanto il mio giudizio è più che positivo. Well-kept, small but very welcoming assistance center. Very kind, friendly and very prepared staff. As for the timing of the intervention, I must say that I could not find better as my smartphone was repaired in about half an hour. Therefore my opinion is more than positive.

Ma, ho portato il telefono huawei mate 20 pro perché la batteria durava molto poco ed un microfono non funzionava. Il microfono funziona benissimo, ma la batteria dura ancora poco, è migliorata rispetto a prima che lo portassi, ma non dura come quando il telefono era nuovo. Potrebbe dipendere dall'usura generale del telefono? La batteria messa ha la stessa capacità Milli ampere ora di quella montata di fabbrica? I must say personal, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
