Avevo lasciato dei capi in camerino e lei con voce arrogante mi ha esclamato "se non telo dicevo io li lasciavi buttati la come a casa tua". Inoltre ha preso la scala per controllare ciò che facevo in camerino, invadendo la mia privacy. Sono uscita senza comprare nulla perché ritengo inammissibile questo comportamento da parte di un dipendente pagato che dovrebbe fare il proprio lavoro in modo adeguato. Vi consiglio di prendere provvedimenti e di scegliere il personale perlomeno educato, cortese e rispettoso della privacy altrui. Pessima esperienza, nonostante il negozio sia molto finito e ordinato. Non mi è mai capitato trovare un negozio dove la chiarezza sugli sconti è inesistente. Ieri giorno 4 agosto alle 20 circa, tutti i vestiti dello scaffale avevano solo un cartello €9,99 (in piccolissimo "da") tant'è che ho pensato fosse il prezzo e visto che il negozio pubblicizza lo sconto al 70%. Il problema è che su ogni vestito non vi è né la percentuale di sconto né lo sconto. Quindi arrivi alla cassa e ti ritovi le sorprese, in quanto lo sconto lo decide la commessa alla cassa e in silenzio visto che nei cartellini non esiste. Lo trovo assolutamente vergogno e non professionale questo modo di lavorare!!! Inoltre volevo dire alla commessa di non essere insolente a chiedere la mail personale. Perché prima deve chiederene le autorizzazioni per effettuare una registrazione. Dopo che mi ha registrata le ho chiesto a cosa le servisse, in modo molto vago ha risposto ad effettuare lo sconto. Ma stiamo scherzando!!!!! Le ho risposto che non volevo assolutame pubblicità tant'è che l'indomani in mattinata già mi sono arrivate 4 mail (e mi sono disiscritta 2 volte). Se il vostro modo di lavorare è questo, sappiate che perderete solo clienti.
