Necropolis of Phoenician origin, well preserved and located in the center. Excellent guides and the opportunity to visit the excavations going down inside the niches. From the catwalk it is possible to have an excellent view from above. Skeletal finds and pottery enrich this wonderful site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing site, well worth a visit. Also, it is free (unusual for Palermo) and the information boards (almost all in Italian) are very interesting. Chastening to realize that the site you see is only a tiny portion of the whole. Do check the opening hours before going.
