Regarding the view and the garden they are nice and they give you a excellent panoramic view of Palermo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting castle. Few signs not in Italian but with Google Lens/Translator it's way too understand. Staff send a bit way of people (constantly following and watching). But worth the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there in January. It seems that it is not a good idea to visit there in Winter. It looks like a normal garden. Maybe I will visit there during Summer time. I hope it would be better.

Very nice experience to visit this wonderful castle.
Simple and fascinating at the same time.
Difficult to find parking around, better to use public transportation.
The audio guide is not adding so much vs. what you can find written on panel.
Unfortunately is not mobility friendly.
Needs some maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is amazing for travelers like me to see middle ages Asia style and early Europe ideas melting in one building: it has a lot of thing that are just not should be together.
Palace would open its design, history and more flavor to tourist acquainted with history and loving details. Start from the street plates and guides that are found throughout the city and in here in Italian/Arabic/Jewish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the outside it looks really nice, and I'm sure the interior is very interestig.
Unfortunately the info on google is not updated. We went to visit on a Monday, but it was closed, although the schedule on their google page said open. After a 12 bus station ride this was such a dissapointment.
The garden was opened, but compared to others in Palermo, it's not impressive.
