Una menzione per il direttore Taormina e il gestore Russo per la professionalità con cui svolgono il proprio lavoro . Orari impossibili per chi a sua volta lavora con un orario di lavoro normale, per di più chiudono anche prima delle 16:10, se si accumula gente non fanno più entrare già dalle 16 per non rischiare di lavorare mezzo minuto oltre l'orario. Per fortuna con loro ho solo una Genius card che chiuderò immediatamente Horrible. Il direttore di presenza risponde sgarbatamente di continuare a chiamare. Se il loro essere funzionali ai tempi del covid è questo allora sono proprio fuori strada. Non rispondono al telefono, se prenoti online appuntamento, spesso giunti in sede riferiscono che non c è l addetto per riceverti nonostante la prenotazione o se c è, ripeto nonostante la prenotazione, aspetti anche un'ora. Questa filiale fa perdere correntisti, 0 professionalità e cordialità. Probably the worst unicredit branch in Italy. They do not answer the phone, if you book an appointment online, they often report that there is no employee to receive you despite the booking or if there is, I repeat despite the booking, you wait up to an hour. Visto che lo sanno immagino che questo disservizio sia fatto apposta. Metto una stella perché di meno non si può. Meriterebbero 5 stelle in negativo. In intesa Sanpaolo scambio assegni regolarmente in pochi minuti. Personale incompetente, non ho idea di come sia stato selezionato.
