★ ★ ★ ★ ★ si può stare per giorni interi a provare, non rispondono mai, ma neanche alle email, e anche parecchie delle altre agenzie a Palermo, unica soluzione, chiamare il servizio nazionale Intesa oppure andare di persona
you can stay for whole days to try, they never answer, but not even to emails, and also several of the other agencies in Palermo, the only solution is to call the national Intesa service or go in person
