★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E tutto perfetto specialmente il modo di pulire il mio cane. Però ho dovuto togliere una stella perché se non ci sarebbe la signora ( la titolare) non ci andrei più. Il motivo ? Il marito non l ho mai visto con un sorriso. Quando mi vede sembra che ci faccia antipatia. Il cliente ha sempre bisogno del sorriso anche sé finto.
Everything is perfect especially the way I clean my dog. But I had to remove a star because if the lady (the owner) wouldn't be there I wouldn't go there anymore. The reason ? I've never seen her husband with a smile. When he sees me, he seems to dislike us. The customer always needs a smile, even if it's a fake one.

Nonostante io avessi difficoltà con il mio cane nel lavarlo, loro sono stati molto pazienti e mi hanno aiutato a lavarlo insieme.
Nonostante il cane ringhiasse per la paura per un piccolo trauma che aveva avuto, la signora è riuscito a calmarlo.

Excellent grooming and excellent value for money
Although I had a hard time with my dog washing it, they were very patient and helped me wash it together.
Despite the dog growling in fear of a small trauma he had had, the lady managed to calm him down.
