★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well prices and very conveniently like located. We were given excellent recommendations for food/drink in the area, all of which were excellent and good value. Around 10 mins walk to St Peter's, and 30 mins walk to the Colloseum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a driver arranged by edoardo to take us from the airport to the apartment. Edoardo met us on arrival and explained where everything was and gave us a map of Rome indicating places of interest.
The apartment is in a quiet location not far from piazza novona and minutes away from restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself is lovely and quiet and particularly clean with room to move
Our apartment was on the 2nd level so there are stairs to climb (no lifts)
Breakfast was a selection of packaged cereal and pastries with fruit, juice, water, condiments and milk in the fridge
Would I stay here again? Definitely because it's away from crowds but within walking distance to attractions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navona Open Space is a lovely place to stay. It has a kitchen, bathroom and a lounge area. The beds are kept clean and are quite big. It is in a great location, very close to shops (especially ice cream shops!), the fountain and great restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place. Beautiful modern interiors with a well stocked kitchen and fridge, and all living amenities you could imagine. Being in the heart of the city we are minutes walk from everywhere touristy. Our host Eduardo was very jovial and gave us great tips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities not as described! Was very disappointed to get the bed size significantly smaller than as described on booking. Also no high chair which was hugely inconvenient and toaster only received after few days of staying. These were the reasons I had chosen this place. Excellent location and nice staff when seen, however the staff were contactable through whatsapp only and the responses on it were very late. The kettle was not electric and the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet bowl. Also it was very annoying as the hot water would run out in 10 minutes of showering and then one would have to wait at least 15 minutes for it to reheat. There was an odd cardboard door, through which we wondered if someone could access our room while we were away. The safe would not lock as well. Toilet cistern did not have a top and the toilet bowl was bigger than the seat. Non-electric kettle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appartement in this hotel. Due to Covid situation, i was unable to come; at each postpone they raised the price and at the end we agreed on a voucher to be taken anytime in 2021.
Now i am trying to set new date and they don’t answer me on phone or on email and don’t call or write me back.
They are on the way to steal me 1200€.
