★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super appartement extrêmement bien placé dans Rome. Un peu déçu de la communication de la part de l'hôtel qui ne précise pas vraiment (en dernière minute) les informations pour rentrer dans le bâtiment.
Great apartment in an extremely good location in Rome. A little disappointed with the communication from the hotel which does not really specify (at the last minute) the information to enter the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a really great location, very close to the Vatican and shops and restaurants down below. Felt like I was living like a local - however, there are downsides to living like a local i.e. no elevators, so if you get the 4th floor, get ready to drag your luggage. There's also no front desk therefore no concierge. If you don't want to provide your passport details and pay the city tax over unsecure internet email, you have to go to their sister hotel, a 10 min taxi ride or 20 min walk. I tried using their washer - but beware, Italians barely have dryers. The kitchen is a tiny closet and the stove has a bit of a learning curve. Otherwise, it's at a great location, and we enjoyed opening our windows everyday to the bustle of a Roman alley - the rooftop deck was pretty nice too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge SCAM. They sell you that the breakfast is included on the website : there is none. On our first night we had things STOLEN from our room, we have been trying to get help from the hotel, they do not even answer. They have video cameras on each floor but they dont look into it. You have no way to cancel your nights and end up carrying all your precious items with you which is exhausting. Also we asked them to cancel and they pretended the manager will come back to us and it never happened. Not to mention that the floor was dirty, the hot shower last like 10min and they ask you to send passports and credit card number by email. Don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is artfully furnished and in the heart of the city, 4 minutes walk from the Vatican unfortunately we had a series of complications: to pay for the room we had to go to the hotel owned by the same company, the shower was broken (it did not close properly), the jacuzzi had not been cleaned all season, and the seats on the terrace were nasty since they have been exposed to the rain. Our room was meant for 4 people but I would not recommended it only for couples. It was on the fourth floor and the stairs were very slim and steep and we had difficulties getting the luggage up.
