V	Veronica Apostolico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con gli occhi stremati da mesi di lenti a contatto causa occhiali rotti,lunedì pomeriggio chiamo in negozio per avere informazioni sugli orari di apertura e su alcune montature viste sul sito.Mi risponde Marina,che molto gentilmente risponde alle mie domande e mi procura un appuntamento per il pomeriggio stesso.Vengo accolta con un bel sorriso e tanta cortesia,mi viene fatto un controllo della vista molto accurato e una volta trovata la montatura adatta a me sono tornata a casa soddisfatta e impaziente di ritirare i miei occhiali nuovi la settimana prossima.Ma.....Con mia somma gioia sono arrivati più velocemente del previsto!!Esperienza positivissima,affidatevi a Marina,non ve ne pentirete!!! Abbiamo comprato un paio di occhiali per nostro figlio attratti dal prezzo, non l'avessi mai fatto! ci hanno dato gli occhiali con una lente che non è fissa in quanto l'hanno tagliata male e quando ci siamo lamentati ci hanno risposto: tanto mica la perde... Siamo dovuti tornare perchè la montatura si è rotta dopo meno di un anno; invece di sostituire una sola astina, ci hanno fatto comprare una nuova montatura e quella vecchia volevano tenerla loro per riciclarla. Sono totalmente incompetenti, non sanno fare il loro mestiere. Absolutely to be avoided! Ben preparata nel suo lavoro e nel darti consigli utili per far sì che l’occhiale non diventi un peso ma una graduata abitudine giornaliera. Lo consiglio parecchio come negozio anche per l’ottima qualità/prezzo. Sicuramente torneremo lì per ulteriori occhiali e altri consigli. Nice, clean and stocked shop. Ieri ho avuto la brillante idea di sedermi sopra agli occhiali rompendone la vite che tiene la montatura, mi reco in negozio e la ragazza dopo avermi riconosciuto ed accolto con entusiasmo trova la miglior soluzione per sistemare il mio problema. Anche in questo periodo un po' problematico per tutti non esita a sorridere essere cortese e gentile con i clienti, il suo impegno e la sua professionalità dovrebbero essere da esempio per molti! Trattano male i clienti e la loro unica scusa è che non porteranno gli occhiali perché non gli sono piaciuti quelli che hanno visto. Il peggior trattamento da cliente che abbia mai ricevuto in vita mia, ho avuto un problema con i miei occhiali e sono uscito senza comprare nulla perché non mi piaceva nessun modello che la ragazza mi aveva insegnato e parlava orribilmente male e mi faceva piangere, e lui non gli importava. I rapporti con il cliente erano scandalosi. Simply terrible. Worst customer treatment I've ever gotten in my life, I had a problem with my glasses and went out without buying anything because I didn't like any model the girl taught me and spoke horribly bad and made me cry, and he he didn't care.
