I was in this shop for a new pair of glasses and I was impressed by the professionalism and competence found. Kind and prepared staff, Mrs. Monica who welcomed me and served me is very good. Wide choice of frames. Highly recommended! I will definitely be back.

I bought the glasses from Fielmann in Pavia. I can safely say that I have noted the professionalism both in following the customer and in listening to the various doubts and problems. All very kind and attentive to problems and super available in trying to solve the problem. moreover the staff is very empathetic with the customer and the offer is very wide and the quality-price ratio is excellent. Ho trovato molta professionalità, gentilezza e pazienza. Una ragazza mi ha lavato gli occhiali e stretto una vite su un occhiale acquistato anni fa in un ottico diverso dal loro. La Sig. Monica mi ha effettuato un controllo alla vista per accertare la gradazione delle lenti; mi ha dato tante informazioni che prima di allora nessun ottico mi aveva dato. Ho riscontrato tanta professionalità, amore per il proprio lavoro, competenza e gentilezza. Complimenti a tutti, sicuramente i miei prossimi occhiali li andrò ad acquistare da fielmann. Andate avanti così.
I went to fielmann simply to buy contact lenses, I had never been there before and I took advantage of it as I was passing through. I found a lot of professionalism, kindness and patience. A girl washed my glasses and tightened a screw on a pair of glasses bought years ago in a different optician than theirs. Ms. Monica carried out an eye check on me to ascertain the gradation of the lenses; he gave me so much information that no optician had given me before. I found a lot of professionalism, love for one's work, competence and kindness. Congratulations to everyone, I will definitely buy my next glasses from Fielmann. Go on like this.

Conosco Fielmann dalla Germania, dove vivo, ed essendo di passaggio ho pensato di rivolgermi alla filiale pavese per gli occhiali nuovi: se non fossero stati pronti prima che ripartissi, me li avrebbero mandati alla mia filiale di riferimento a Monaco - una grandissima comodità. Ma non c'è stato bisogno di nessun invio: gli occhiali sono stati pronti in due giorni! Rapidità ed efficienza unite a professionalità, simpatia e pazienza da parte del personale. Il mix perfetto :)
Really great experience. I know Fielmann from Germany, where I live, and as I was passing through I thought of contacting the Pavia branch for new glasses: if they weren't ready before I left, they would have sent them to my reference branch in Munich - a great convenience. But there was no need to send: the glasses were ready in two days! Speed and efficiency combined with professionalism, friendliness and patience on the part of the staff. The perfect mix :)
