Non ha compreso nulla di quanto stessi chiedendo, sempre seccata, ne sapevo più io che non lavoro nel settore..sono uscita esterrefatta!! Ambiente disordinato e sporco...MAI PIU! ??????
 HORRIBLE STORE! Last week I went in for a consultation, I was served by the manager, absolutely incompetent! She did not understand anything of what I was asking, always annoyed, I knew more that I do not work in the sector .. I am amazed! Messy and dirty environment ... NEVER AGAIN! ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale TOTALMENTE INCOMPETENTE, sopratutto la responsabile Monica, mentre eravamo in negozio parlava male dell'azienda e ha tenuto per tutto il tempo un comportamento poco professionale! Negozio sporco!! Non tornerò mai piu in quel punto vendita! Suggerisco all'azienda di cambiare l'intero team!! BRUTTISSIMA ESPERIENZA!!
TOTALLY INCOMPETENT staff, especially the manager Monica, while we were in the shop she spoke badly of the company and kept unprofessional behavior all the time! Dirty shop !! I will never go back to that store again! I suggest the company to change the whole team !! BAD EXPERIENCE !!

I was very satisfied with Mrs. Stefania ... I immediately understood that her professionalism and attention to the customer would make me choose my new glasses (then in the end two). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente, ho fatto un paio di occhiali da vista nuovi e non ci vedo. Personale molto insistente che le lenti fossero perfette e che dovevo solo abituarmi, nonostante le dicessi che vedevo tutto sfocato e mi causava forti mal di testa. Quando ho chiesto il rimborso mi hanno dato appuntamento a un orario per me scomodo, ho preso un permesso apposta sperando di concludere la faccenda, e invece quando sono arrivata in negozio ho scoperto che c'era stato non so quale malinteso e invece di prepararmi il rimborso come avevo chiesto ripetutamente mi avevano fissato un esame della vista! Esame inutile perché avevo fatto rifare la stessa prescrizione degli occhiali vecchi, con cui ci vedo benissimo, quindi il problema non può essere la prescrizione come dicevano. Finalmente ho parlato con la responsabile che si è scusata e la settimana dopo ho avuto indietro i soldi, ma è stata una gran perdita di tempo e una bella seccatura. Mai più.
I strongly advise against it, I made a new pair of eyeglasses and I can't see them. Staff very insistent that the lenses were perfect and that I just had to get used to it, despite telling her that I saw everything blurry and it was causing me severe headaches. When I asked for a refund they gave me an appointment at an inconvenient time for me, I took leave on purpose hoping to finish the matter, and instead when I arrived at the store I discovered that there had been some misunderstanding and instead of preparing the refund as I had asked repeatedly they had fixed me an eye exam! Useless exam because I had the same prescription redone as the old glasses, with which I can see very well, so the problem cannot be the prescription as they said. I finally talked to the manager who apologized and got my money back the next week, but it was a big waste of time and a lot of hassle. Never again.

Occhiali progressivi perfetti al primo. colpo...e nn é poco, dopo aver avuto diverse esperienze con altri fornitori decisamente sconfortanti. Ai problemi emersi sulla montatura in 2 occasioni si sn dimostrati vicini al cliente. In queste 2 occasioni riconoscendo un difetto hanno inviato documentazione alla casa madre e sostituito prontamente la montatura, gratuitamente. Inoltre per il disagio la casa madre ha inviato una mail personale con in regalo la possibilità di scegliere un paio di occhiali da sole... Difficile trovare questo tipo di efficienza e disponibiltà!! Complimenti.

Progressive glasses perfect at first. blow ... and it is not a short time, after having had several experiences with other decidedly disheartening suppliers. The problems that emerged on the frame on 2 occasions proved to be close to the customer. On these 2 occasions, recognizing a defect, they sent documentation to the parent company and promptly replaced the frame, free of charge. Furthermore, due to the inconvenience, the parent company sent a personal email with the possibility of choosing a pair of sunglasses as a gift ... Difficult to find this type of efficiency and availability! Congratulations.
