E	Eleonora Brutti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delusione totale. Sono stata in questo negozio per far consegnare un mazzo di fiori a domicilio. Avevo scelto 4 calle e delle rose bianche. Mi era stato detto che ogni fiore costava 3 euro ( quindi se la matematica non è un opinione avrebbero dovuto confezionarmi un mazzo da 4 calle e 6 rose per un totale di 30 euro , come richiesto). Una volta pagata la cifra non ho potuto vedere la composizione finita perché l'hanno preparata prima di consegnarla, e il risultato ricevuto è stato un mazzo orribile, privo di gusto e di amore nel farlo. 4 fiori buttati insieme in una carta di plastica con un sacco di rametti pieni di foglie verdi( per lo più anche rotte e bucate ,alcune ) e nemmeno qualche fiorellino di contorno per abbellire la composizione. Come se non bastasse mi è stata messa una rosa in meno, quando io ne avevo comunque pagate 6. Se è questo che offrite ai vostri clienti con 30 euro forse è il caso che vi facciate un idea di cosa sia davvero un bel mazzo di fiori recisi. Prima e ultima esperienza con voi. Total disappointment. I went to this store to deliver a bouquet of flowers at home. I had chosen 4 calla lilies and some white roses. I was told that each flower cost 3 euros (so if math is not an opinion they would have to make me a bouquet of 4 calla lilies and 6 roses for a total of 30 euros, as requested). Once the sum was paid I could not see the finished composition because they prepared it before handing it over, and the result received was a horrible deck, devoid of taste and love in doing so. 4 flowers thrown together in a plastic card with a bag of sprigs full of green leaves (mostly broken and pierced, some) and not even a few little flowers to decorate the composition. As if that weren't enough, I had one less rose when I still paid 6. If this is what you offer your customers with 30 euros maybe you should get an idea of what a beautiful bouquet of cut flowers really is. First and last experience with you.
